Terms for using the LAIMEX website

1. Acceptance and scope

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms apply only to the website. Any LAIMEX consultancy, engineering, EPC, commissioning, operations, training, manpower, equipment or spares engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Technical information is general

Website content is provided for general company and service information. It is not a site-specific design, engineering calculation, safety assessment, regulatory opinion, quotation or professional recommendation. Gas infrastructure decisions must be based on verified project data, applicable codes, site conditions and an agreed professional scope.

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular project.

3. Enquiries, proposals and contracts

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a response does not create a contract, partnership, agency, exclusivity arrangement or duty to proceed. A binding engagement exists only when authorised parties agree written commercial and technical terms.

Project scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule, price, responsibilities, applicable standards and acceptance criteria will be defined in the relevant proposal, purchase order, work order or contract.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, LAIMEX name and branding, written content, diagrams, downloadable materials and original media are owned by or licensed to LAIMEX. You may view and download publicly offered materials for legitimate internal evaluation, but may not reproduce, modify, resell, publish or present them as your own without written permission.

• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms others;
• attempt to bypass security, disrupt availability or gain unauthorised access;
• introduce malicious code, automated spam or excessive requests;
• misrepresent an affiliation with LAIMEX; or

References to equipment categories, manufacturers, technologies or third-party marks are for technical context and do not by themselves imply dealership, endorsement, certification or exclusive affiliation. Any specific supply or representation arrangement will be confirmed in writing.

7. Information submitted to LAIMEX

You confirm that information submitted through the website is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, export-controlled information or confidential drawings and documents unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement and secure transfer method have been agreed.
