FIELD EXPERIENCE BEHIND LAIMEX
Nearly two decades across engineering, projects, commissioning, operations, maintenance and client-side roles now inform how LAIMEX defines and delivers gas infrastructure.

Experience presented on this page reflects the founder and core technical team's professional roles across engineering, projects, commissioning and O&M in India and Nigeria. This experience now forms the technical foundation of LAIMEX.
TECHNICAL EXPOSURE
Experience at both equipment and complete-facility level helps LAIMEX evaluate how source, process, controls, safety, people and end use connect.
Compression, gas drying, utility systems, cascade filling, metering, controls, maintenance and high-capacity plant operations.
Downloading stations, pressure regulation, heating, metering, customer interfaces, troubleshooting, audits and operating support.
Public and captive stations, vehicle dispensing, priority and cascade systems, controls, safety and operational readiness.
First-of-kind project exposure in India and Nigeria, covering cryogenic storage, HP pumping, vaporisation, buffering and dispensing.
Liquefaction review, bulk storage, unloading, PBU, process, BOG and EAG vaporisation, PRMS, dispensing and regasification.
Pipeline-gas receiving, regulation, metering, station integration, commissioning and end-user infrastructure support.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
These are experience profiles rather than corporate project claims. Client and former-employer names are intentionally omitted.
Direct professional involvement in early LCNG facilities in India and Nigeria, integrating LNG receipt and storage with high-pressure cryogenic pumping, HP vaporisation, CNG buffering, dispensing, automation and safety systems.
A practical understanding of how cryogenic, high-pressure and refuelling systems must work together as one facility.Responsibility for multi-compressor CNG operations, gas treatment, cascade loading, NGV dispensing, power and utilities, maintenance planning, safety, manpower and continuity of supply.
Engineering decisions tested against real uptime, maintenance, logistics and customer-delivery requirements.Field support for industrial downloading stations and high-pressure PRMS facilities, including regulators, heaters, filtration, metering, ESD, controls, hoses, headers and customer operating interfaces.
Client-side awareness of recurring gaps in equipment selection, installation quality, surge protection, maintenance and spares support.Experience with LNG unloading, cryogenic storage, pressure-building, ambient and auxiliary vaporizers, pressure regulation, metering, PLC/SCADA, ESD and F&G systems for dependable industrial gas use.
Lifecycle judgement covering cryogenic safety, process stability, instrumentation, start-up and operator readiness.Assessment of project documents, process designs, equipment proposals, layouts, controls, safety systems, construction status, commissioning readiness, compliance gaps and commercial technical assumptions.
Clear findings and practical closure priorities before technical gaps become operating or investment risks.Hands-on work with process instrumentation, Coriolis and turbine metering, PLC/HMI/SCADA, remote monitoring, communications, shutdown logic, F&G interfaces and electrical systems.
The ability to connect process intent with the instruments, controls, power and data needed to operate safely.FIELD REFERENCE IMAGERY

PROGRESSION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Each stage added a wider view of technical risk, project interfaces, operating responsibility and customer expectations.
Technician-level responsibility for instruments, electrical systems, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Design coordination, equipment selection, process interfaces, automation, installation and technical problem-solving.
Construction supervision, systemisation, testing, start-up, performance verification and handover.
Plant performance, safety, reliability, maintenance, manpower, logistics and customer continuity.
Due diligence, gap assessment, vendor review, project assurance and independent technical recommendations.
This combined experience is now applied through one engineering and lifecycle-services company.
WHAT THE CLIENT-SIDE VIEW ADDS
Direct responsibility for projects, plants, teams and customer continuity changes the questions asked during design and procurement.
Check the interfaces and exclusions around an equipment package, not only its datasheet.
Confirm that access, controls, procedures and staffing support normal and abnormal operation.
Review isolation, removal space, tools, local support, consumables and critical spares before handover.
Plan system boundaries, tests, utilities, documents and acceptance criteria before construction finishes.
Account for logistics, power, climate, service capability, manpower and the realities of local operating support.
Balance CAPEX with energy use, reliability, downtime risk, serviceability and long-term OPEX.
EXPERIENCE APPLIED THROUGH LAIMEX
LAIMEX applies this field background to feasibility, solution selection, engineering, EPC, commissioning, O&M, training and technical advisory. Recommendations remain focused on the customer’s duty, site and lifecycle requirement.
